I had the worst experience ever as a customer. I was there about a week ago and the guy on the reception desk was the one that attended me. He is an extremely rude person. If you don't know exactly what you want he just completely looses it. To the point where I got shout at. If you go to Fyshwick's Lincoln Sentry prepare to be abused if he is there. And possibly leave without what you want because, as he loves to say, he is not a joiner.

Okay service. Aren't very good at being polite, but are straight to the point. Also don't seem to know any of the functions of their products. Always have to call their HQ to find answers.

Good place to shop, very well layed out, make the consumer very comfortable while looking for items of there needs, Coles has come a long way, now one of the leading grocerers

Went out of their way to source me replacement window hardware after a break and enter. Excellent customer service. Cheers.
