Check and QA all Click and collect items before pickup.nnDrove to pick up items in barely sellable conditions: stains, rusts and scratches throughout. Remaining stock has also rusted.nnReturned them straight away.
Having a carpenter/painter husband it’s always first choice to come to this Bunnings as for trade and special order they are better organised and have more options. We came to buy material for deck and pergola and they were very accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with customer service especially from the ladies at the trade desk. We have bought several items for residential jobs also our own home.
Don’t bother going there anymore… shelves often not filled…nOther Bunnings stores more reliable…
I came in to buy a product that I have bought many times at Bunnings over the years. The man at the information desk was so incredibly rude and unhelpful that I gave up my search and left. I’m going to Jaycar. I get that he is under pressure and there are a lot of people, but maybe treat people with kindness. Really awful behaviour.
