Bunnings advertises walkers. There are none in any store. None. So folk go to aid shops to try the walkers and choose the one that suits them best. Bunnings sells same for cheaper. Customer gets service and assistance from aid store, sale at Bunnings. This will mean that aid/walker stores eventually close. Chemist warehouse does the same. This is unconscionable.
Returned to Bunnings to buy more bits. I have to compliment Lesley in the paint section. You simply cannot beat experience, Lesley is so helpful, easy to communicate with and she makes you feel like she cares. I got help from Jane here today and she was the most delightful, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly person!!!! I was really glad to have her help otherwise I wouldnt have found what I wanted! amazing service from her
Disappointing. Visited yesterday Saturday and could not find anyone who could answer simple questions about hardware or stuck with knowledge. Now a simple, self-serve big-box warehouse with shelf stackers & two people on checkout. A stark change from previous years. Sadly, will have to go elsewhere from now.
Having a carpenter/painter husband it’s always first choice to come to this Bunnings as for trade and special order they are better organised and have more options. We came to buy material for deck and pergola and they were very accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with customer service especially from the ladies at the trade desk. We have bought several items for residential jobs also our own home.
