Picked up my new Yaris Cross today. I definitely give these guys a 20 out of 10, in terms of their service, friendliness, transparency and communication.nnI was very fortunate to have my car delivered after only 3 months, which was rather swift compared to other people, who have been waiting for over 12 months.nnSpecial shoutout to Laurie, who is definitely an asset to the team! He was extremely detailed and explained things very well. From the time we came to visit the dealer up until the day of delivery, I have been very impressed with Laurie’s service. A very knowledgeable man who was always very clear, friendly and organised.nnAlso as well to Phil, who was absolutely fantastic! I never met him personally but we were in constant contact through email and he replied almost instantly every time. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and never pressured me into anything.nnI also briefly spoke to Liam, Sam and Mitch throughout my experience and every single person I have encountered in the dealership, I have not been disappointed at all in their services.nnWould recommend Torque Toyota Albion to anyone any day.
I ordered a car in September 2022 and received delivery in August 2023. The process and lead time will differ depending on what car you order, however I wish to commend Brodie, Kacey and Mitch for their personable and attentive service during sale, during the wait, and during the handover itself. I was very particular about a few things, and they were hands-on in ensuring that this request was met.nnThe car has been to the Torque Toyota Albion service department for interval and warrantied services, as well as checkups requested by myself, and Brad Gazoo Racing Specialist is instrumental in ensuring that all communication is clear, well documented and correct.
The staff have been very attentive in the lead up to our purchase and since, in following up any issues that i have raised.nHassle free handover and flexability with pick up dates as I was traveling overseas when the vehicle arrived in the dealership.
I want to extend a huge thank you to Laurie! I accidentally left my car lights on while I was at McDonald’s across the road, and my battery went flat. Laurie was incredibly helpful—he walked over with me, helped jumpstart my car, and got me back on the road in no time. His kindness and assistance truly made my day, and it’s the reason why I’m giving this place five stars. Exceptional service!
I went in today to mainly inquire about a few models. The greeting and the service I received from the young women at the inquiry desk to the service from Shane was fantastic. Compared to Sci Fleet which was terrible no service at all even when we went into the showroom. Thank guys I’ll be back.
