Picked up my new Yaris Cross today. I definitely give these guys a 20 out of 10, in terms of their service, friendliness, transparency and communication.nnI was very fortunate to have my car delivered after only 3 months, which was rather swift compared to other people, who have been waiting for over 12 months.nnSpecial shoutout to Laurie, who is definitely an asset to the team! He was extremely detailed and explained things very well. From the time we came to visit the dealer up until the day of delivery, I have been very impressed with Laurie’s service. A very knowledgeable man who was always very clear, friendly and organised.nnAlso as well to Phil, who was absolutely fantastic! I never met him personally but we were in constant contact through email and he replied almost instantly every time. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and never pressured me into anything.nnI also briefly spoke to Liam, Sam and Mitch throughout my experience and every single person I have encountered in the dealership, I have not been disappointed at all in their services.nnWould recommend Torque Toyota Albion to anyone any day.
We waited around 30 minutes before a salesperson was available to assist us. When we were eventually helped by Brodie, the interaction felt a bit impersonal, and we didn’t receive clear answers to some of our questions—particularly regarding delivery timeframes. He also encouraged us to consider a higher trim, suggesting we could afford it if we stopped using Kinto to rent vehicles, which came across as a little presumptive. We also got the sense that some of the other staff may have shared our concerns.nnAfter this visit, we went to Toyota Marooka, where the service was much more positive, and we ended up purchasing a vehicle there.nnEdit: I received a follow-up call from Brodie after posting this review that felt quite confrontational, so I’ve added this context here for transparency.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from Toyota Albion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brodie in sales and Liam in finance were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. Both were professional, helpful, and kept us informed. Fantastic service.
Buying a new car here and trading our old one in was a very easy experience. Reese and the rest of the team went the extra mile. Very happy. Would recommend Torque Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car.
