Very disappointed with the service from the used car department. The dealer we dealt with (unfortunately I didn't get his name) wouldn't even unlock a car for us to inspect, he said to come back on Saturday. My wife mentioned she had an appointment & this would not be suitable, still no offer of unlocking the vehicle or test drive. Admittedly the vehicles we were inspecting were on the lower end of the market, but you should expect decent service no matter what your budget is. Left the yard very disappointed & purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

Worst customer service experience. Don't answer phones. Don't listen. Excuses. Zero accountability. Booked in a safety recall twice. Not done. Car sold. Will never buy Hyundai again. Provided written feedback. Still waiting for a reply....

Had awesome service by Kyle. Hoping to do a trade in on our car to buy a Tucson. Went back to confirm trade in and was told my car had issues that would cost me $4k to fix even though it had just had a major service 5 days prior with no issues (car is only 4 years old). Really disappointed by the service and arrogance of staff involved. So in love with the Tucson that we were hoping to buy. We were happy to sell privately if we weren’t happy with trade in price as we knew we could possibly get more for it but didn’t want to stuff around with the hassle of listing it. Really had our hearts set on having the Tucson for Christmas. We were ready to put down the deposit down that day regardless of trade in because we knew that was the car we wanted but will go elsewhere purely because the service received was really disappointing.

Great service, wonderful people. Would not be able to recommend them higher to anyone wanting to buy a brand new or used car.
