So amazing!! Beautiful staff - lovely ladies helped me work out what to get for a huge event I had (helped me sort my ever-changing mind)... and I had a blast in the process! If not for them I wouldn't have ended up in red 6inch pumps and a suit. 👍🏼

I went in there today with a friend and the lady working there seemed a bit...off. The only way to describe her would be to say she seemed lobotomised. She would stand right next to or behind us breathing heavily, not saying anything and all while staring at us the whole time. She wasn't dressed like the girls in the photos but had track pants and a singlet on. She made us feel really unsafe and uncomfortable. She was no help at all and whenever we asked a question she would only answer with "yes" "no" or "only what's in stock". When we arrived she stood at the door staring at us walking in, and blocked the door for a second, when we left she leaned her whole body over the counter staring at us with a blank, almost scary expression on her face, watching us get in the car and drive away and wouldn't look away even when we looked over. She stood a few centimetres from us the whole time we were there, when we took a step she took a step she was right by us constantly, occasionally going up the front but then coming straight back and standing right next to us again not saying anything. The whole experience made us feel really unsafe, it's hard to say completely how we felt in words but we wouldn't have been surprised if she didn't let us leave. Bottom line is we didn't feel safe in there with her and we will not be back.

Fabulous service.
I had an awesome time trying on all the shoes. Even the experience of trying on the 10"....I didn't dare move! But a lot of fun.

This Shoe Shop is  so amazing so many lovely high heel styles to look at and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the prices were also very competitive even without asking for a dancer discount. I will be back to get many more heels from shoes of hollywood what a lucky find.
