Customer service at its best. Thanks Jordan for your service and help today with driving from Melbourne to Townsville and ordering in the required Tyres for us. Tyres ordered calls to say when they will arrive and offered service car. Excellence is totally natural for this store.
Had to do my driving test and found out the car wasn’t registered, they were able to check it straight away, they also offered me a car to take the test in, as mine wouldn’t be ready until after the test. Really friendly people, great customer service
Had a puncture in my tyre before Xmas, and I drove straight in. The guys fixed my tyre up then and there. Quick and friendly service.
I highly recommend this workshop for your scheduled servicing and any other issues with tyres or engine. The owner manager of this workshop took care of my vehicle and took the time to explain what the issue was before going ahead with the work. The manager and employees were polite and made me feel like my car and my needs were important. Thanks Neil and the guys at Goodyear Brendale.
Thanks for the great service. Came in expecting the worst for my car. I am extremely grateful it was a simple fix that was able to be rectified in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be returning as I believe I have found a trustworthy, efficient and friendly group of guys at Goodyear Brendale. Would definitely recommend. Now to spend some the money I thought I’d be spending on my car on a bottle of wine to celebrate.
