Lovely staff, but way overpriced. If the prices were reduced considerably on clothing, you would be able to sell a lot more, and make more money for your charity.
Lifeline recieve everything for free, don't pay tax and probably not even shop rent. Yet they price as if they are a retail store. The concept of OP shops have been lost and taken over by greed. Staff have priorities wrong, thinking only of the profit and not of the person walking in trying to find used items at an affordable rate- an OPPORTUNITY. Wake up. The public are getting sick of these absurd pricing, when we donate it all. Nothing but a money grabbing Corp who don't actually care for the cause.
Staff are welcoming and friendly. Huge store and SO MUCH variety! Found quite a few items i don't see anywhere else. Massive Lifeline bookshop right next door also.
I really appreciate Op-shops, very important to have a place to give old clothes & things you want to get rid of, then for people doing it tough to have options. I hate the "throw away society", it breeds spoilt people who need to be brought back to reality
Disappointing. They think if they hang a neon sign saying Vintage/Retro, it gives them the right to put ridiculous prices on the items! Prices are laughable, particularly considering the goods are donated.
Prices on bric n brac high but good variety. Friendly staff. Good place to look around.
Have a lot of stuffs there to buy. More roomy to move around and a lot better then the other site in Brendale
Large store great stock. Up market second hand store.. friendly service. Staff happy to assist and help you source what you are after. Super clean store. I was after a bed for the dogs... a solid bed to keep them off the ground and warm in winter. Thank you.

It had some nice things in here which great but what got to Mme was this is Lifeline , and they think that they were a high end shop , I offer to buy something from them only had $200.00 on me and I saw something I liked at $230.00 and I told them I only had $200.00 on me and they said they don't lay buy or hold items because of no storage area , that was fine , I can understand that I told them would they take $30.00 of the price and U pay the $200.00 from my wallet and the lady there said no , because we will sell it at the full price , well I walked out of the store , so they second hand items that people give to them and that $200.00 would have done a lot of good to the people that needs it from Lifeline, yes because of $30.00 , and I am on the pension myself will not walk into there place again as they thought they were a high end place , not a second place that sells second hand goods. I only telling my opinion only everyone has different experiences in that shop that sells second hand goods, as an ex sale person giving a $30.00 discount is better than no sale at all , I rather have $200.00 in the till than nothing from a sale that was going to happen.. then gentleman was a nice bloke that why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star rating.
