Chris Land was a great help in securing a car for us. He wasn’t pushy but instead very patient and knowledgeable. He even came in on his day off to help us sort out paperwork. Very good experience and we got a great car at an impressive price. Highly recommend. Thankyou for everything!

Norris Motor Group is a clean and very good Customer Service business to take our cars for servicing. Plenty of good parking is available for a short term stay. Loan vehicles are available with a few weeks notice of arranging your car service. A courtesy bus service is available for local drop off & pick ups.

Worst customer service experience. Don't answer phones. Don't listen. Excuses. Zero accountability. Booked in a safety recall twice. Not done. Car sold. Will never buy Hyundai again. Provided written feedback. Still waiting for a reply....

Took my ASX in for its 15000 service. They really hyped up the whole 'oh and your car will get a nice wash with the service, so itll be all nice and clean when you pick it up'. I dont know how, but it was dirtier when i picked it up. It was noticeably not washed, there was still bug guts splattered across the bonnet. Not to mention the few dollar coins missing from my centre console (probably my fault for leaving it there and assuming people were honest). But the part that topped it all off, they had unplugged my dashcam. I cannot think of a logical reason for unplugging it. When i dropped my car off i had half a tank of fuel, when i picked it up i had a quarter. Now my ASX is only about 11 months old. I want to know what the hell they did to use a quarter a tank of fuel?! Of course had my dash cam been plugged in, i probably would know. But unplugging it makes me think something shady went on. Safe to say my next service wont be at the Norris group at Brendale.
