Koala Cars is a family business, established since 1987. From humble beginnings, we have grown substantially into the largest pre-owned vehicle dealership in Brisbane. We now boast a state of the art facility, including a brand new service & maintenance department and tyre workshop; a finance and insurance division and; a wide variety of high quality near-new vehicles. Our proprietor, Steve Bennett, has managed and owned large franchised car dealerships in Brisbane for many years. Absolutely fantastic company. I stayed in Queensland for a year and leased a car with Koala for this period. The prices were the most competitive I could find in Brisbane and I was able to organise a car without any hassle. My first car was a Hyundai and my second a Mazda. I had no issues with either car despite driving long distances and I was able to change cars easily when I fancied a change. In all my interactions the staff were helpful and professional. I would strongly recommend Koala cars and will look them up again if I return to Australia
I've been using Koala Cars for my rideshare business for past couple of years, They have the best deals and I never had an issue using their services. Easy process, great staff, excellent cars! Definitely will come back and will be using this service again. Totally recommend it!
Amazing to deal with only has the best cars for sale and great pricing, really enjoyed our purchase a week ago and had the best experience whilst purchasing purchased on a Friday picked up on Saturday and can’t stop driving our new car it is amazing and the dealer was an absolutely gem to deal with. It’s just so simple to both rent a car and extend your lease at Koala Cars. There isn’t the same abrasive corporate style you feel at Hertz or Avis and it was about one third of the price and the cars are significantly better than the small cars that are offered at the bigger competitors. It makes no sense for anyone to use another service.
It's ok. Good selection of cars. Negotiations not so smooth, too much of 'got to check in with the owner/boss' and vague hope. Norris Nundah motor group, although had it's pros and cons, was at least committal. Brian and Jarred, staff appears to have more autonomy and process was smooth once price agreement reached.
I had a great experience with Koala Cars. I sold my car and now I'm driving a subscription car which is best for me long term. They was very flexible and payment was easy. Thank you for your great service. Rachel and the boss were great : You have me as a long term client.
This Used car company is big on the North Side. Around every corner is full of cars. We went there because they had the CHEAPEST Jeep Compass's around. Our salesperson Scott was very nice and patient. Took us out the the yard for the Jeep we wanted to look at Black Limited 4x4 It took us 1/2 hour to choose the car and settle on a all cash deal. Only negative was they was told would come with new Tyers yet it didn't as the owner said it still had 10000Km on them so after a long debate he settled on replacing all 4 at cost when needing. Didn't notice until weeks later was missing the cover for the back boot area doubt we would be helped so didn't bother to ask for the missing cover, Car came well cleaned and with a full take of E10 that the Jeep could run on but Jeep say in its manual Prem Unleaded.
Love this team!! A1 customer service, Have been apart of their car subscription for nearly 5 years , Steve an Rach have both been absolutely tremendous, Have had a couple car damages over the time an they have been good with getting me into another car quite quickly , They also have a wide range of cars from small to Big, Pricing is also by far the best for what is included in the rental fee
Would give Zero Stars if I could. I went there today around 11am and was served by a slender gentlemen. Was greeted and asked how much I would spend. He told me we have nothing like that. I asked to still look at some cars as there were some online that were in the price range that I was interested in. Went inside the large shed they keep cars in and a few were in my price range, one a Maxima that I quite liked. With his rude and dismissive attitude, I felt uncomfortable and like I was wasting his time. I ended up down the road and bought something else. Ultimately really disappointed with the customer service, or lack there of.
I bought a 2019 zb commodore v6 from these guys at a good price 18 months ago. Car has been faultless and I still enjoy every time behind the wheel.
