high pressure sales and tactics that should have died in the 80's was keen on a car that would have been purchased had it not been for the sales person, who was such a put off after clearly being told i worked shift, and to expect a call the next day, I had 10 calls before 9:30, then he was positive abusive for "the waste of time" I was after i made it clear that I would like to have it checked by my mechanic, (i also made it clear I was more than happen to accept small things that needed to be fixed without looking at a discount, and having quite a depth of knowledge of that car, and knowing that most mech's dont (it was a volvo) he wasn't going to play ball

I bought a Toyota 4wd 3 years ago and I never had any issue with the car ot staff. The car service is good and the car itself really good. 100% recommended in my expirience.

Didn't buy a car. Went in to look at a car. Asked for a test drive and was told i could go for one if I was going to buy the car. I said I need to test drive it to know what the car was like. The guy gave me so much attitude for want to test drive a car. after he gave me a bunch of lip I told him where to go. I called the boss and he didn't seem to care how I was treated. They lost my purchase and from the rest of the reviews here I think I dodged a bullet.

Just started looking for a used car, saw Goldstar Autos and went in (3rd Jan 2016 at around 10:30am, date and time hoping someone responsible from the company reads this and figured out the employee). Later saw their reviews and was amazed that people actually fell for such dealers! A shady looking salesman came out (being very genesous calling him 'shady') and was completely uninterested in showing their cars, probably since it was drizzling a bit! Couldn't understand much he was saying as he was chewing tobacco (yes, that's their sales team approach to a couple in a 40k+ car, looking for a good second hand car). Couldn't stand the absolutely disrespecful attitude for more than 15 seconds so I walked away. Zero stars and wishing there was a negative star rating I could for this one.

Nope; can't recommend this place. It's over loaded with auction cars and shady characters. The prices are not well researched so for most of the cars there you can get cheaper or better buys elsewhere. They do their own roadworthy which to me is an conflict of interest. I've had rude staff members at times and too I have heard and seen too many stories that are not good. So all I will say that this is a high risk place to buy a car from. But I guess if they were that bad they wouldn't be there still.
