TLDR - These clowns do not realise you must email or phone prospective customers back to get sales. I was interested in an import at the start of the year that Platinum have the compliance for. I knew exactly what colour options and trim levels I required. I bought and translated the factory service and parts manuals. I contacted the sales manager Dave with my request and he said he'd get back to me with a quote, even as far as videoing the inside of the demo they had. Never happened. I phoned on three further instances to get a result and emailed twice and NEVER got a return contact. This month they sent me an email to promote their business and inform me of deals, I'd already bought a car by then but thought bugger it, I'll ask as I'm still keen on the model. I rang and got another gentleman in sales who said he would email me a link to the pricing. Didn't happen. One of the worst customer service examples I've ever seen. So useless they still need help with their laces.
