I've been using a mates Belco trailer that he bought 10 years ago.  He keeps it outside and it is still going strong.  He has never had an issue and nor have I.  Thought it was time I bought my own and after researching all the other makes did not hesitate to pay the extra and go with Belco.  Helpful sales staff.  I visited factory and got a tour and was shown how they built their trailers.  Excellent product and good people to deal with.

Left my trailer with Belco for some cheap repairs and thats when the problems started, they didnt quote me any prices instead they just started work and called me to say its done, on inspection they hadn't completed some of the work, what they worked on wasnt completed as I asked and it ended up costing me over $915 (full price) to get my trailer off them so I could go out for Easter long weekend. The repairs were supposed to be, add a separate water filler for the front tank, replace zip tied plumbing with c-clips and add a 12v plug near the draw bar. 
My Easter trip ended up running out of water on front tank, found a leak, 220amp battery system dead inside 2 days, i suspect they damaged the batteries, either during install or the installation has shorted out less then a week after they touched it.
Would never recommend them to touch a trailer and have had absolutely terrible customer service from Neil.
Ive now tried 3 trailer companies in Brendale and I can safely say this mob is the worst, they saw me coming and took me for a ride, avoid at all costs.
