We had a lovely experience at Torquay Hotel Hervey Bay with a group of friends. I ordered the salmon steak and my friends had the rump steak all the meals were good quality and well cooked, and we really couldn’t complain about the food. The drinks were nice as well. The atmosphere was relaxed because the place wasn’t too busy or noisy, which made it easy to enjoy our time together. We also appreciated the ceiling heaters, especially on a cooler evening. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, and we’d happily come back again.  The staff were friendly and attentive .  Great mid week experience.

We came up for the girls rugby league carnival, came out for dinner and they we super busy. But omg the food was amazing, biggest meals ever, chicken schnitzel was fresh and freshly crumbed, the chicken pasta was so light and creamy and full to the brim.nSeriously top 3 pub meals we have ever had will definitely come again

Lunch...we shared a beef nachos and it was delicious!nI thought the guy who served me our drinks was very rude being on the phone while serving, I think he was on hold, but he was also grumpy. Should not be serving people while holding the phone to your ear. It was unprofessional and very rude.nLovely lady behind bar recommend Passio Crush cocktail...it was delicious!nDinner... my partner had oysters, he said they were tastless and did not enjoy them.nHe also had the Porterhouse steak, which he was only able to eat part of. Below average for a meal costing $44.nI had garlic prawns which was delicious.nDrinks were good. Thankyou to the young man who served me, he was lovely.nThe atmosphere is good, noise level good as well.nI would recommend based on our lunch and my dinner meal, however, it is a bit expensive there.

The food was incredible and super quick. The oysters were fresh and the Turkish bread with dips is a must. The perfect bites to go with an afternoon drink. Will definitely be back!

Great location, friendly team. Dog friendly in the outdoor area, so good. But management provide no dog bowls for water and when asked refuse to provide a container. On the beach location location and dog friendly. We were staying for drinks and a meal. Not now have to go home to get water for our dog. Poor performance and missing out on some income.
