My family and I stayed at Whitecrest a couple of weeks ago and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, even organised a highchair and plates and cutlery for the little ones and a soft blanket. They went the extra mile and we loved the care and attention to detail. It felt like home : We will definitely be back! It's also very close to everything so no need to drive all the time. Thanks for the lovely stay!!
I was given a few nights away as a Mothers Day gift, this little holiday was amazing, beautifull room, amazing staff, super friendly, very clean and tidy, plenty of activities to do or just sitting on the balcony looking at the view Everything i needed was available to me. I highly recommend staying here and I will be back in the future. Thankyou Kevin and Janet and all your amazing team keep shining your shine
Great family apartment. Top floor of 4 floor complex. Apartment had main bedroom with queen 3 and with en suite. Second with queen bed. Third with 2 single beds. Second main bathroom close by. There's also a laundry and full kitchen to cover you off. Plus an awesome balcony to take in the sun.nReally good value and plenty of space. Car park underneath with additional parking at the back of the hotel.nThere's a pool, family room, tennis court and more.nVery clean in room. With plenty of supplies dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder etc.nThe place is run by a lovely couple who look after you and your stay very well. Will come back
We stayed on the 2nd floor. The apartments were clean, fresh and spacious. Amazing aircons and comfy beds. Full laundry facility in the apartment which was great after beach days/ swimming. We had a tennis court view which was fine, really lovely at sunset. No excessive noise aside from peoples voices echoing when using the stairs as the elevator is currently out of service we knew prior and were offered to cancel free of charge. The awesome man at reception took our suitcases up for all which helped alot! Checked in every time we saw him and asked if we needed anything. Very welcoming. Pool was lovely though a bit cold due to not alot of direct sunlight at the time we swam!. The spa part was lovely and warm though. Great facilities and an amazing location. We wanted to stay another night but they were full!
The most beautiful rooms and the owners are such nice people, also an amazing place to bring children as they provide a cot and cutlery for babies with a high chair. I would highly recommend this place to anyone even family. Best place in hervey bay 100%nOwners are the most kindest people
