Our stay here completely turned our holiday around. After a horrible experience with another apartment, we decided to move and ended up staying here for six nights and we are so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The hotel management could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to support our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable during what had started as a stressful time.nnThe apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well equipped with good appliances. It worked perfectly for our family group of a child, a parent, and an injured grandparent, giving everyone the space and comfort they needed. The pool is wonderful and very easy to access, and the stunning beach just across the road made the location even more special. We spent many relaxing moments enjoying both.nnThis apartment truly turned a shaky start to our holiday into a home away from home. We are incredibly grateful to the team and will absolutely return in the future. Highly recommended

We stayed in the penthouse where the provisions were cheap and at a 3 star level. A tiny shampoo was the only toiletry provided. Bushel tea bags and freeze dried coffee satchets!! Not even a courtesy water for $445 per night! Extremely overpriced. Bedside lamp was falling apart, I nearly broke my nose bumping on the sharp protruded bed headboard. Scarred black nose now. One key fob was provided only, so among 3 people, one got locked out in the basement!nThey did provide toiletries, coffee pods and fixed the lamp after complaining.

Excellent value rooms in an incredible location. The smiles and positive attitude  from reception was so enlightening after a long drive. The young lady there went out of her way to make sure we were safe and comfortable even though we arrived way earlier than we should. Thank you!

Great location and value - a strong 4 star rating. Lovely furnishings and large apartment, with a lovely hot tub.nnThere were some setbacks with blocked sinks / poor plumbing and a maintenance person who barged into our room without prior arrangement. The minor setbacks were quickly resolved by the attentive and caring owner.
