Absolutely awful experience. Bought a work bench which was in stock, paid to have it shipped from Christchurch to Auckland and was supposed to have it a week later. The first one was delayed and then they realized it was lost, so a second one was sent. This one turned up with the box falling apart and the work bench damaged. I returned it to be told there was one more but their forklift was broken so it would be sent in a few days. After finally receiving the work bench, 6 weeks after ordering - screws are missing so I still couldn’t put it together - mind-blowing that they didn't check this before it was sent. I fully understand things sometimes happen out of a companies control but to have this many problems and delays and not offer of any type of compensation is pretty unbelievable.
TopmaQ used to be my go to store in Auckland. However I'm not sure what is going on but after several difficult situations with the ladies at the front reception I will never shop here again. I do not know what happened for the customer service to drop to such low levels. Most occasions when I've been in to the store these staff members seem to be more interested in their weekend gossip than help customers waiting at the counter. They are rude and obnoxious and should be let go.
Great service and communication! The cooler is great and would be perfect in an enclosed space like a school hall. Unfortunately, we have a much larger space to service so needed two of these.
Had a confirmed paid order including delivery for shelving. After not hearing from them for a couple of weeks I enquired on their status, only to be told there was no stock. At the very least they could have contacted me to let me know the situation. They did refund in a prompt manner. Used the refund to buy from Bunnings!
Overall, a great team. Easy and helpful over the phone or via email. Just need to sort out there logistics & courier provider.
Everyone we dealt with at Topmaq was great, especially Brent. The overall experience however was unnecessarily painful to say the least. Never before have I experienced such complete and utter ignorance, arrogance and unwavering stupidity by a freight company, well, actually two freight companies it is well overdue that Topmaq reviews its delivery systems and partners. When the product finally arrived it was so badly damaged we refused delivery. When we collected the second one from the rural depot hoping to avoid further damage as it was the last one in the country it was also damaged. Overall incredibly dissatisfied.
Apalling service from both this company along with Peter Baker Transport who collected item on day of order. 15 days later I met their driver on the roadside and manually put into my car. Repeated daily phone calls , messages and emails largely not responded to or ignored, no one could locate my order. Doubt if I would trade again!!!! All promises and no action.
Won't be ordering from here again. Item not received due to them using a poor courier service pbt. Had to go and buy locally instead. Job done and still not received the item needed. Shipping from Christchurch when they have a local Auckland store also wasted a lot of time
I have bought quite a few items now from sanding paper right up to expensive items. Always well priced and high quality. Highly recommend
Poor delivery service. Paid for delivery Auckland to Hamilton - the package got to PBT depot in Hamilton and could not be delivered from there to my close rural address because "it was oversize". I had to go pick it up. Two emails to TopmaQ have been ignored.
