Bunnings Warehouse Manukau

Staff are nice and polite enough, but have no idea where anything is and very little interest in helping customers find things. Experience here was frustrating and a complete waste of my time being sent in circles by clueless staff. Recommend avoiding this Bunnings if you need help from staff as you just won’t get it here. Disappointing experience all round.

The products are great. Nice and clean store. You failed with the workers that work there. Please advise workers not to speak their native language especially when the customer, aka myself can understand. Utterly unacceptable. I also asked a worker a question to, asking for assistance and she rolled her eyes. Clearly if you don't like working there, then don't.

We came in to buy a couple of things and decided to have a coffee. They had small samples of carrot & orange cake for tasting. Good idea Bunnings, as my wife & I decided to buy a piece each. The Indian lady was nice, but what impressed me the most was when my daughter noticed the women give the parents of a young girl with disabilities two cup cakes. I heard her say they are free. Now, I’m an old Towie, but this melted my boot leather heart. They may not always get it right but this lovely Indian lady deserves recognition for this simple act of kindness. Saturday 3rd of December approximately 2pm.

With granddaughter 6 hanging out, her with the mini trolley into the play area then coffee, mochaa for me. Excellent lass serving, noticed she was fore ever cleaning and restocking at any non customer facing break. Friday morning

Staff there are disgustingly horrible. Do NOT ask for any advice in there, you will be at your wits end if you do. Almost got into a tussle with a staff member who are so stuck up they thought they could harass my mother. This person berated both my mother and I because she was asking for advice on being a novice who is buying a circular saw. He had no idea what the word "novice" is, and was set on moaning for a good 2 minutes while we asked someone else. It was very frustrating and we played anger tennis until a manager came in and diffused the situation, even though he wouldn't stop. Never going there again and will never go to Bunnings. Mitre 10 Mega has bad service as well but at least they don't scream at your mother for not knowing anything.

I use the Ryobi 18V one cordless toolsets. I went in store and purchased a hedge trimmer and a blower/vac. I used the self checkout and was just getting my receipt scanned at the exit and was served by a lady named Priya. She was super observant and noticed the hedge trimmer was a 18v and the blower/vac was the 36v. She alerted me to this, and it saved what would have been a lot of frustration on my side, especially as it was a skin only and none of the other batteries would have worked. She helped me pick out the correct 18v unit and then did the exchange for me. Service like this is hard to come by! I work in the service industry and feel it’s extremely important to point out when a staff member goes above and beyond! Priya your are a great example for the rest of the team! Thank you again!

Good customer service, awesome playground location for the kids, store layout is a bit much, but in saying that, once you knew the structure I found it easy getting around and finding what I needed.

For your one stop shop building and gardening places. But its also my go to for cleaning products and storage containers. Its has a quaint Cafe and play area for the kids which we will use next time. Clean and well signed place.

A large scale outlet. Well known Bunnings. Ur larger hardware store . Onsite parking available.

The Bunnings is always been one of my favorite store to get stuff you need for your daily do your own activity as well other stuff for a very good price. They always have varieties of options and prize range. The staff here is friendly and honest and will never give you wrong advice if they don't know about the product and will get the right person to help you.
