19th January 2026 I received my order. The York push-up bars has mould on the foam handles. I sent them back for a refund via the courier label they sent. It's been over 1 month and still no refund! We have rang so many times and sent multiple emails now. What useless customer service, these staff members need to be looked into!
These guys actually never pick up the phone, and the one single time they did, the guy had an attitude where he wanted to end it as fast as possible, absolutely zero customer service. I thought the other reviews might be over exaggerating but it really is true, they never pick up. Something really needs to change at this stores management.
Went in to make an exchange of a pair of shoes for a larger size. Asked an employe for help to find the size with me she sent me to the counter because she was to lazy to help. Then I asked at the counter if they have them available she said yes. After searching for the shoe for 15 minutes I asked another worker for help because I couldn't find the shoe at all. Then he checked the system again and said there are none available in the size I want. So I wasted 20 minutes of my lifetime for nothing. Horrible customer service.
went there last Saturday morning 24th Jan 2026 and the staff were ready and helpful with what I was looking for. I didn't even notice the item I bought had a special price discount which they had informed and given me. Thank you very much for that
