Ordered a size 8 kids tshirt,Got a 7-8..nWhen I went in to return, was asked to pay extra and the Manager at Manukau Rebel Sport told me I should have bought a size bigger or just go in the shop because it's more convenient How would I have known it's not an 8?nMy issue was if there is an item online-atleast the description should be as 7-8 I would have just bought a bigger size online because I know that won't fit my child but when I raised this point I was told I should have come in store to purchase..n1st the description of the item was wrong-if you are selling a 7-8 it should be labeled as 7-8 and not only an 8 and 2ndly she started with all her excuses of why I should not have purchased it online..nYes I was frustrated abit because I had to pay for the exact tshirts but a different color at an extra price and maybe that Manager didn't know how to solve the customers issues as she kept blaming me or the online team nNot at all pleased with this Lady Managers service instore at Manukau
Went shopping with a friend lovely stocked store
They sell different brands of sports gears On one side is the clearance and the rest of the store have a variety of exercising equipments and accessories! The shop looks the same since they open their doors many moons ago. The shoes area always looks untidy!nAmple of parking space.
Amazing service! The staff were very helpful & welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me find the item I was desperately searching for a pair of white Nike Air Max’s W US 6.5 held under Laura. The exceptional female staff member a got on the other end of the phone proactively searched the whole store tirelessly, with no hesitation or complaints until she found the last pair in my size in showing in store. Then kindly offered to hold it for me, while I made way from the otherside of Auckland to come collect them. I was blown away with her service and efforts! As it’s almost impossible to people that actually genuinely want to help you in retail these days. PLEASE find out who this wonder women was and offer her a pay-rise. Hell she definitely deserves it! She’s a huge asset to your company and you need to keep her on ;
Sucha a pathetic customer service..Things are not even at right place and Price differs when you pick a product and take it down to POS department..Manager was so rude and said we don’t look at the stock all the time and eventually blaming customer that it’s not the store ,but customers are moving stock from here to there ..How rude dude you guys are running the store so as a manager you’ll have to see where things are.
