Gave me a great deal on my fridge freezer and washing machine even advised before allowing me to buy to check the measurements it was smash sale when I purchased so I got a steal and was happy with my purchases
I visited Noel Leeming Manukau to buy a phone case and use a school Hero code. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience.nnThe staff member initially approached me but as soon as I asked to use the Hero code, he walked away from the counter without explanation and began serving another customer who was purchasing a phone. I was left standing there for several minutes, ignored, while staff focused only on customers buying higher-priced items.nnWhen another customer even questioned why I wasn’t being served, the staff member looked at him and then deliberately looked away. I had to ask someone else for help, and even then the original staff member refused to properly handle the sale, saying “it’s a code” and walking off again.nnThe overall impression was that smaller purchases aren’t worth their time unless there’s commission involved. Being ignored, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience is unacceptable.nnI will not be returning to this store and would not recommend it based on the service I received.
We recently purchased a new fridge and an LG vacuum cleaner from Noel Leeming, spending over $2,000 in one day. Initially, we planned to buy a Dyson vacuum, but the customer service person strongly recommended the LG vacuum. Since we have a new baby and hygiene is very important for us, we trusted the advice and purchased the LG vacuum for around $600.nnUnfortunately, within just one week the vacuum broke down. We went back to the store and were very disappointed with the response. Instead of replacing the faulty vacuum, we were told it would be sent to the company for repair. It has now been more than a month, and we have not received any update or resolution.nnWe are extremely unhappy with this experience. After spending so much money, we expected better service and support. Struggling without a working vacuum has been very difficult for us, especially with a new baby at home. We hope Noel Leeming can take our concern seriously and provide a quick and fair solution.
Very busy shop. Not much eye contact from staff. Had asked one of staff if there were replacement straps for our new fitbit3. Because not sell wrist fit the standard. To be told no and no recommendations to go to was a bit disappointing and was told later by someone else they do sell them.....conflicting information. We left the shop feeling disappointed
