Dear Warehouse Stationary Team,nnI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your store on the 24th of November 2025 , at approximately 5:50 pm. I approached your staff member, Jai, with a simple question about how to use the photo machine to retrieve photos from my Facebook account. Instead of receiving helpful and professional assistance, I was subjected to a sales pitch for an IT package that I did not need or request.nnI was taken aback by Jai's aggressive sales tactics and his implication that I would be charged for services I did not ask for. As a state government employee who uses computers daily, I was simply seeking assistance with a specific task and did not require training or additional services.nnI am concerned that Jai's behavior was unprofessional and may be damaging to the reputation of Warehouse Stationary. I urge you to review the CCTV footage from 5:50 pm on the 24 Nov to verify my account of events.nnI hope that you will take steps to address this issue and ensure that your staff are trained to provide excellent customer service and respect customers' boundaries.nnSincerely,nRenee L
Wait time was shocking! Took me over 30mins to pick up already printed photos. One staff member, a middle aged asian man who was at the counter, was on his phone the whole time. Meanwhile, there were a line of customers waiting to be served. When I asked another staff member, if he was available to serve customers- she replied yes, and then didnt even try to prompt him to get off his phone? Terrible customer service and so slow.
Poor quality photo printing - I have previously printed photos here and had good quality results, however my most recent order has come back with dull prints and an overall low quality feel. The prints are from the same camera as previous times and of the same original quality. The colours in the prints are washed out as compared to my previous prints from warehouse stationary and have a blurry/grainy quality not present in the digital versions. Not sure if they have changed printed methods or materials that have led to this. Customer service was not helpful when I spoke to them.
Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.
