Absolutely appalling service. It took a drawn out Trademe dispute and two weeks before I was refunded my money for an extremely faulty tripod that couldn't function at all. It was also missing its carry case!

14 days is absolutely unacceptable for a refund, when it should have been done on the spot. Three times they responded to my queries of where the refund was, saying the "accounts department is aware of the issue" After that, they stopped replying and I was forced to open a dispute with Trademe.

They then came back and said the "accounts department overlooked this, sorry" and finally provided a refund.

But, they then outright lied in response to my negative feedback on Trademe, and stated that the issue was resolved straight away - and wrote false negative feedback on my Trademe, which was completely untrue as well.

***Check out the feedback where they have received five stars, and you will see a trend happening - it's the staff themselves, friends and family***

Really really really poor service and knowledge. Go to PB Technologies around the corner. PB did in 30 minutes what these guys couldn’t do in over a week. 

Honestly don’t waste your time here. I lost a whole week of valuable work time, causing me some huge headaches and delays.
