The ladies at DTR Manukau are incredible! They were so helpful and understanding and made a stressful purchase so easy. The communication and customer service was next level. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I loved my experience here at the Manukau brunch as the customer care is awesome they are very friendly easy to talk with and have a good laugh too, there also great with kids. They have easy steps to apply on line for anything you like, I just like going into the store for a talk and a good laugh it makes my day thank you Manukau DTR keep up the great work
The Team At Manukau DTR Branch Are Really Fabulous. I Have Been With DTR Off And On For Many Years And My Experience With Them Personally I Have Found Them To Be Very Understanding Of Circumstances. Always Willing To Accomodate Where They Can. A Great Group Of Wonderful People That Do Care About What's Going On. Terrible had gone in because I knew my payments where higher then what was to be expected, the lady at the front told me no it wasn't only to find out a few months later it was.

Dtr Manukau are most helpful and efficient. Thanks to the Crew especially the chick Kacy always awesome and helpful. You Guys Rock. Customer services are on Point from my experiences.
Do not deal with this store cause they honestly cant be bothered dealing with you. They do not pick up their phones, you have a better chance winning the lotto than them picking up the phone. They dont process your application and from the time you apply you honestly wont recieve an answer till a year later literally! From what i gather the people that work in there are unhelpful bunch a jaw slacked beneficiary rejects that just managed to somehow get a free job there. You will know once you walk in that store just how professional these circus clowns are. AVOID!!!!
If i could give 0 star i would, lazy people working here they never answer the phone they never ring back. I would not go here dont bother applying here, just waste my time i ended up going to somewhere else i got a reply the same day. No professional here at Manukau DTR
