GREAT customer service from Ed and Vid who were absolutely fantastic with helping me and my best friend with our new purchase. Shopping here was somewhat difficult from start to finish. If you need assistance, prepare yourself for a full game of hide and seek with the staff, because finding someone willing or available to help feels nearly impossible. At several points I found myself wandering the aisles looking for assistance, only to come up empty-handed.nHonestly, you’d probably have better luck asking a random shopper standing near the product you’re inquiring about — chances are they’d be more helpful and easier to find. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to spend money but can’t get basic support or answers. The store itself is fine, but the lack of visible, approachable staff really takes away from the overall shopping experience.
Quick easy simple straightforce customer service efficient and would definitely work with these guys very helpful and accommodative decent prices considering I was working with trying to find out information on phone technology and not aware of the new phones and it's features these days very helpful. I was sorted out all within a matter of 10 to 15 minutes.nFor $221.00 I got a fast adapting charger Sam Galaxy a06 dual SIM with sims provided in my package deal and two years.warranty. Assisting sales rep was Josh Lee and the Beautiful cashier was an Angel Gonzales.
GREAT SERVICE!!!! Ed the PB Tech worker and Vid the spark worker in PB Tech! Did an amazing, exceptional job in assisting in getting my iPhone pro 1tb . They convinced me to join spark since they showed their better perks than 2degrees and we're on to it when providing customer care, service and had the charisma to chat with us while waiting. These guys deserve a pay rise, extra paid holidays off and promotions. Chop chop management team, make it happen!
What a wonderful experience I have had dealing with PB Tech staff. Firstly I spoke to HJ Jo over the phone regarding new and refurbished laptop options. HJ then emailed options to me suitable to the specifications I required. After a lot of options looked at & lots of emails back & forth, I settled on an A grade refurbished Lenovo laptop. This is on its way to me via courier as it has to come from another branch.nSecondly I needed to upgrade two smartphones. I went into the PB Tech Manukau store where I had the pleasure of Ed Huang’s knowledge confirming what I had investigated on line regarding all things about smartphones & Ed gave me more information about the ones I ended up purchasing. Ed transferred data from the old phones onto the new phones while I waited. I am not tech savvy and this saved me a lot of headache. I also purchased covers and screen protectors which Ed put onto each phone for me and extra power plugs for the phones, as they only come with a cable, and an extra accessory for the laptop.nMy experience with PB Tech was flawless and I recommend if you need anything from phones, watches, computers up to big ticket items to go directly to PB Tech as their pricing is very competitive compared to other outlets close by. I saved $235 on each phone I purchased compared to another company’s pricing.nThe service I received by HJ Jo and Ed Huang was outstanding. 10 Stars from me!
