Shopping here was somewhat difficult from start to finish. If you need assistance, prepare yourself for a full game of hide and seek with the staff, because finding someone willing or available to help feels nearly impossible. At several points I found myself wandering the aisles looking for assistance, only to come up empty-handed.nHonestly, you’d probably have better luck asking a random shopper standing near the product you’re inquiring about — chances are they’d be more helpful and easier to find. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to spend money but can’t get basic support or answers. The store itself is fine, but the lack of visible, approachable staff really takes away from the overall shopping experience.

I’m very disappointed with PB Tech’s after-sales support.nI bought an Apple M2 MacBook from PB Tech in June 2024, and the charger has developed a poor connection, cutting in and out. This is clearly not acceptable for a premium laptop and appears to be a durability issue, not accidental damage.nnWhen I contacted PB Tech for help, my concern was dismissed and ignored purely because the product is now around 6 months out of warranty. There was no meaningful investigation, no attempt to assess whether this was a manufacturing fault, and no consideration of consumer rights - just a blanket “out of warranty” response.nFor a high-value product like a MacBook, I expected better customer service and accountability. Being brushed off like this has seriously damaged my trust in PB Tech. I would not recommend purchasing expensive electronics here if you expect support when something goes wrong.nApple has kindly replaced the cable for me.

Have shopped from here many times. Staff members have always been helpful and courteous. Love how you can get to see some items in hand before you get to buy it as long as packaging allows it. Never returned empty handed as they always have the stock in hand. They don't shy from offering you the best deal they can which is a big plus point. Highly recommend them. Will be back again.

I'm disappointed i have to give them 1 star to get this review noticed. I have been trying to communicate to no avail. Numerous emails and phonecall ... i purchased a faulty printer in early December 2025 and am still chasing up their correction to have this rectified.nPoor service, bad quality product and overall do not recommend this store to anyone. They are not upholding the law when it comes to the consumers guarantees act !! Be warned  hopefully after a month i might be lucky to see them honour nzs' law before I'm forced to take appropriate action.

I highly recommend Edmund Huang ED, one of the most knowledgeable and practical staff members who always provides the best possible advice and solutions. He's undoubtedly one of the nicest, if not the nicest, people to deal with at the Manukau store. We purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of products each year from the Manukau branch, and Ed is our go-to person for everything. He's consistently willing to go the extra mile to help us out.
