PBTech is trying to dump their Open Box items through online deliveries. PB Tech online purchase dated 7 Oct 2024. I received an open box. The item is so old, the tape they used to reseal it has yellowed. The edges of the box are worn out. They are truly trying to get rid of stuff they can’t sell through retail outlets.nNow I’m going through all the hassle of returning it. Unprintable Forms, phone calls, hassle, hassle, hassle. This is not something I want to repeat and will no longer shop PBTech.nnOk, I must say that PB Tech makes an effort. The open box vacuum was collected very quickly, with hours from the time I arranged it with NZ Post on Wednesday, they received and processed it and a replacement was delivered by Friday. Very impressive, with the exception that the newly delivered vacuum was again an open box!nnSo ‘A’ for effort and a ‘D’ for execution. The newish vacuum box is in much better condition so I will keep it and will also give PB Tech another try in future.
In to do a click n collect, Security guy was very courteous, staff quick to fill order. Have use PB Trch in the past for computer system, always had good service & Great advice.
Henry Chen, thank you for your recent help with buying my new laptop. PB Tech Manukau is my go to store when replacing chargers, hard drives, AirPods & whatnot. Great, helpful & friendly staff always.
Worst after care services, if you buying electronics buy at your own risk. I brought my laptop for repairs, I informed then the battery is fault, been over 2 months, have been sent for repairs comes back with no checks on the battery. Issue still not fixed. Don't know how loud you have to get for the repairs centre to understand that battery hasn't been fixed. Not buying from here ever again.
Full of tech. Have bought many items from here including samsung A54, portable hard drives, Rams, keyboard, refurbished laptops and car jump starter kit.nBought a mophie car jump starter kit 5 months ago. Still going strong. Highly recommend this product. I start cars and suvs with this using just 2 bars charge.nGreat backup customer service.
