I had a great experience shopping here. Martin helped me choose the best monitor for my needs and took the time to understand what I would be using it for. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell me into something more expensive—I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right product rather than just make a sale.nnThe rest of the team were friendly and looked happy to be there, which created a really welcoming atmosphere throughout the store. Customer service like this makes a big difference.nnOverall, a wonderful store with an excellent team. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for honest advice and great service.
GREAT customer service from Ed and Vid who were absolutely fantastic with helping me and my best friend with our new purchase. Quick easy simple straightforce customer service efficient and would definitely work with these guys very helpful and accommodative decent prices considering I was working with trying to find out information on phone technology and not aware of the new phones and it's features these days very helpful. I was sorted out all within a matter of 10 to 15 minutes.nFor $221.00 I got a fast adapting charger Sam Galaxy a06 dual SIM with sims provided in my package deal and two years.warranty. Assisting sales rep was Josh Lee and the Beautiful cashier was an Angel Gonzales.
Very disappointing experience at PB Tech Manukau.nnI visited the store to buy some phone accessories but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I asked a staff member for help, and instead of assisting me, he told me to ask another staff member. The next staff member, who was sitting at a computer, simply directed me back to the same area. After checking again, I told him the item wasn’t there, but he just said I would have to ask someone else.nnI spent around 30 minutes in the store and was passed from one staff member to another without anyone actually helping me. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time.nnOverall, I had a very poor customer service experience and expected much better.
