I have to give great recommendations to the young stores person that was changing labels in the BBQ section.nI asked to buy a 2600n weber only to see it blocked. He then suggested cheekly the bigger Weber one was available. Good sell mate.nThen he took it to the counter and loaded it into my car.nThank s for the sell and the assistance.nVery much appreciated
We went looking for bits and pieces for our new home and found a bathroom cabinet, not found in any other M10. Approached a young staff member who was happy to help us. He found the product, loaded onto a trolley, wheeled it through checkout and loaded it into our car. Very much appreciated the service and help as we would not have been able to it ourselves. This young man is a credit to you.nIt was disappointing that this store did not accept Gold Card.
A Mitre 10 Mega store with a great selection of products and plenty of options to choose from. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, making the shopping experience even better. Bought my BBQ and accessories from this store and many more. I highly recommend this store!
nI’ve been a regular customer at Mitre 10 Manukau for years and have always received outstanding service. Recently, I purchased a Keter self-watering tub to grow vegetables. As a bit of a novice, I was unsure whether it would work and how to use it effectively—but the team at the store were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive.nnWhat really stands out is that every team member I’ve interacted with has been just as friendly and helpful as the last. The first tub was such a success that I’ve been planting vegetables from seed and transplanting them into the garden every few weeks. I’ve since gone back and purchased four more tubs to expand my growing efforts!nnA special thanks to Kelly, the store manager, and Jenny for going the extra mile—they even gave me a great discount for buying in bulk.nnWhether you’re just starting out or an experienced gardener, I highly recommend Mitre 10 Manukau. Absolutely a quick problem solver, I would give their staff Steve a six stars rating, he identity it was the faulty battery issue, quickly replace with a new battery, a very pleasant customer service experience to me, if you compare the customer service Botany branch, the same issue will take them more than half hours with no result !! I had to run down to their Manukau store to get this sort out quickly. Thank you very much Steve again, saving me a lot of time :
