Great variety of products and very well stocked. While we were browsing, a staff member kindly asked if we needed any assistance and even introduced us to a specialist in that section. The store was clean, tidy, and well organised. Very positive experience overall.

Daylon if I haven’t got the name right then sorry.. guy works in paint department. Very honest guy with lot of paint experience. Had help me leaving his break. Sadly the worst part was he was not provided with proper modern equipment from resene/ mitre10..nbest customer service.. I come from hospitality background and amazed to see this level of professionalism. Even in hospitality it’s hard to find people like him..nnAtleast he deserves letter of appreciation form the company..nnThanks man.
Another Mitre 10 branch that deserves a 5 star rating.nCame to the store today to buy some pavers. Inder at the check out has always been very friendly, polite and helpful. Today, he was exceptional. He helped me push my cart from checkout and loaded the pavers to my car.nMuch appreciation from this tiny old lady.nAll the best young man. With the attitude you're showing I can see a bright future for you.nMitre 10, keep up the good works.
Very bad experience. I went this place couple of times but my last visit on 1/6/26 was terrible. I went for my kitchen tap but when I seek a help from one of the store person looking after kitchen and washroom products his customer service is very poor and top of that he's commenting a racial comment.nNext door is Bunnings I went there the staff is very helpful and polite.
