Which is really nice. You can pay via online and will also allow you to pay cash.
I would like to suggest that you have a separate inwards driveway and exit driveway. Keep the existing entrance and make an exit down towards Supercheap auto. Traffic coming and going in the narrow driveway makes the entrance/exit very congested.nAlso I was at the store at 10 am today Saturday. The store was very busy and the only exit operating was where you return goods or ask for information. There was a long que. The two checkouts and the self checkout were both closed.nFiona Alexander
This time I went just to drop off old batteries in their collection bin - a great service to the public. In the past I have shopped there for all kinds of things associated with running a house and garden. Always have what I want and staff are very helpful - nothing is too much of a problem and they smile as they greet or help.
The 5 stars are for Theresa, I was looking for a specific type of shower rose and hose. She was amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you so much Theresa, you are a 5 star and Bunnings is lucky to have you on their staff.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service at this Bunnings store.nnThe customer service is very poor. When asking staff for help, they either don’t know the answers to very basic questions or are unable to assist at all. It feels like staff are not adequately trained, which is frustrating as customers rely on your team for guidance—especially when purchasing building materials.nnThe drive-in timber yard is also a major issue. It is not large enough to handle the number of vehicles being allowed in at one time, which creates congestion and delays. On top of that, there are not enough yard staff available to help customers or process dockets efficiently. I had to wait far longer than reasonable just to get assistance.nnThis is particularly disappointing when I am spending a significant amount of money at Bunnings and expect a basic level of service in return. Bunnings really needs to improve staff training, yard management, and overall customer experience.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements.
