The returns policy here is excellent. I can buy everything I think I need for a project then return what I didn't use after a couple of months. Stock levels not perfect but they generally seem better stocked than mitre10 who never have what you need on their website.
Great store overall. Love going there. First time today trying the click an collect. Placed the order 9AM and its now 2PM, and I still have not received my notification to collect. I called, but the order is not ready yet. Couple a small items. Should have gone and do the shopping myself. There goes my weekend DIY plans . Guess I'll have a beer instead. Lesson learned.
No staff at any counters, asked 3 staff and been waiting around 20 mins in the kitchen department, still no one here ….
Called them 6 times after 7:30pm and no one answered. Lost 1 hr travelling to and back without getting the item as they were out of stock. Apparently they had turned the phone volume down to zero so no ringing can be heard. Maybe they wanted a quite night..customer service is not important. To top it off, the girl at counter was giggling while relaying this phone volume message to me while I was standing there fuming.
I quite like this store. It's new and invigorating. Still has that freshness and eagerness from the staff as well. Heaps of parking and well located. It's always well stocked and some staff member willing to help. Excellent range and well priced. Definitely recommend this place.
