Top Lane Property East Melbourne

I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Top Lane over the last few years; as a tenant, a property purchaser and a landlord. Both Anthony and Briana are always helpful, knowledgeable and happy to help. I often find that Top Lane goes above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. One example that comes to mind is a purchase of an investment property. Anthony was constantly one step ahead, making not only the transaction but also the subsequent lease and ongoing management of the property a breeze. I have no hesitation in referring friends and family to Top Lane, simply because I know Briana and Anthony will make sure they are looked after with the upmost care.

I have had substantial engagement with Top Lane (Anthony and Briana) over the last 5 years. Initially we rented a property from them and found them so helpful when we were new to Melbourne. Over the years we have been involved in the sale and purchase of a number of properties and car parks and found them to be fair to both buyer and seller. They manage our properties and car parks with efficiency and care. The level of service is amazing in a city where that personal touch and attention to detail is often missing. Working with them makes our life so much easier and I reccomended them without hesitation.

Anthony was an extremely rude agent who is not capable communicating with people. I called on Monday morning and left a voicemail requesting an inspection and without received any call back, I've decided to call again on Tuesday Morning after I checked the property is still available online. Before finished my purpose of the call, Anthony interrupted and said the inspection was on Friday and I've got nothing right now in a very impatient tone. Then I go on and explained that the property is still available online and I've called yesterday... Of course he interrupted again before I finished my sentences and said yeah that's because they sign the paper on Monday so and so and so like I was supposed to know what's happening in his daily life. Don't bother to call them as I quote "I've got nothing right now" and with this attitude they will get nothing at all I am sure.
