We sell quality fresh seafood and fish and chips, and we care about it's source and 'story' i.e. preferably sustainable and local!

Story

Do you want to know where your seafood comes from? Whether it is from a sustainable or environmentally friendly source? If it is from the local area? We can provide that!

As established fisheries researchers, we both have a lot of knowledge we can share.. Andrew is also a commercial fisher, and catches much of the fish we sell!

We strive to provide high quality seafood, whether you want to purchase it fresh to take home, or have us cook it for you as 'fish and chips'.

We cater for the budget conscious, as well as those who want a high grade seafood 'treat'.

Is this the best fish n chips shop? Well read the reviews! Do I think this place is up there with the best? Why yes.. Yes I do!nnThey also have a great selection of sauces, I liked the tartare and sweet chilli, the aioli wasn't as good. They've got a great menu, would love to visit again.
Townsville fish and chips!nThis is a great option for fish and chips near the waterfront in Townsville. We tried the locally caught Spanish mackerel and signature salt and pepper calamari and they were delicious! We did think that the serving of chips was a little small though!
Had a delicious pack for one and was amazed by the quality of the fish and chips.nnThe batter was beautifully done and the fish tasted so fresh and sweet in a good way . The batter was crisps and so were the fries . The tartare sauce tasted home made and the staff were pleasant to talk to .nnDefinitely one of my top favourite fish and chips in aussie and will definitely come back again for another few more rounds.

This was our go to for fish & chips for years. We used to have it once a week & have previously rated 5 stars. We were ok with high prices as quality was great.nFish sandwich was our absolute fave for lunch, but last few times we’ve had them they were average-bread thicker/dryer, salads clumped on - generally like less care taken. Last time we placed a big dinner order, we did it online & ordered an extra lemon, not only did we not get extra, but we did not get any.. Fish was always previously cooked perfectly, but now inconsistent & last time chips were dry too. Sad…
