Nice experience when renting a SUV when visiting friends in Newcastle. Good price, nice car. The lady at the desk was efficient and friendly. I was a little bit scared by the super quick checkup she did of the car but I did not have any issues at all and it was much cheaper than any other option I found.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Made sure all our requirements were met for our hire of the moving vehicle. Would highly recommended them to anyone moving.

I found the lady I dealt with at the charlestown branch very rude and very short! I required a baby capsule for my 4 week old baby and was supplied a car seat that I wouldn't let a 2 year old sit in and when I questioned it I was told "look we supply it, it's up to u to deal with it". Also when this seat was "fitted" it moved easily 30cm to each side and was told then when i questioned that "that is how I was shown to fit it. We take no responsibility for them". Needless to say i did not out my baby in it! A company should not offer child restraints if they are not qualified/authorised fitters! And the restraints supplied should be suitable for the child to be riding in them! The only reason for two stars is that the actual car supplied was fantastic... my experience, however,  was awful.

The lady at the charlestown branch was very rude, no apology when she realised she had made a mistake and supplied a ratty child seat for a 4 week old, not a baby capsule, saying you have to have it fitted yourself, absolutely deplorable!!!
