Open, no complaints.nDifficult drive through where you can get out and purchase while the person behind you just sits there not actually driving through.....
Was told by staff that you closed at 11 in store and came back at 10:50 and the drive thru was closed and they wouldn’t let me in the store and ignored me and then told me they were closed. Closing times should be when you close, not when the staff knock off… especially when it’s the latest bottle-o open and I waited until staff left- before 11. Inconvenient as I would’ve gone earlier if they told me they don’t serve past a certain time.
Good range of wines, but it was a shame that they didn't have the particular seltzer that my wife, who's celiac and therefore can't drink most beers, likes, Fellr.
Rude and unprofessional staff particularly the short Chinese guy this glasses, had an awful experience, company offers drive through ordering but apparently this guy is too weak to lift anything, and also doesn't believe in following safety measures applied by Vic government. No matter what time you visit this store, you'll find this guy eating at the service desk, for God sake your store comes under hospitality sector have some decency and give that guy a lunch room.
Drove through last Friday after work, it was busy but still got help and directions to the wine I wanted while the staff were serving other people. First positive service experience in ages, well done!
