I bought a mattress and pillows a few months ago from here. Our purchasing experience was great, Amanda was very knowledgeable and also let us be to just test the comfort of each mattress for ourselves. After two months I can say the mattress is amazing and my pillow Is the best one I have ever owned. My only issue is now when we go on holiday every bed seems uncomfortable in comparison!

This was a new experience for me! I've bought alot of pillows in the past from the likes of Kmart, Target, and Harvey Norman. Haven't been comfortable. Never been 'fitted' for a pillow until I saw Mattress & Pillow Science. I went in and met Amanda. She's really good! She spoke about spine alignment and how it's important to have the right amount of support. I tested four pillows and finally wound up buying the first one Amanda suggested. I haven't slept this well in a helluva long time!

I was very impressed by the care and attention I got when I visited Mattress & Pillow Science. No pressure to buy, and the salesman was very knowledgeable. When I've bought pillows in the past I've not had the opportunity to actually try the pillow before paying for it. And, like Daniel Adams' experience, the salesman's first suggestion of the right pillow for me was the one I ended up buying. And I got a voucher to take the price of the pillow off my next mattress. I know where I'm going after Xmas for my new mattress! :-)

Went to purchase a memory foam pillow and sales assistant was very grumpy and did not want to be there. Perhaps look for a different job? Purchased a pillow and returned next day to exchange it as it was not firm enough. They have a great return policy. A different sales assistant was there and she was more than happy to help. Expensive pillows but you get what you pay for.
