The Cheesecake Shop Caulfield South

The chinese are very rude and did not want to make pavlova wanted to sell just base for full price, stay away from here they should be closed down hopefully they will go broke rude and useless. Did not want to give even 1 star but had to for post. Disgusting customer service hope you go broke.

Ordered Birthday cake for my Son yesterday. served stale bad odour cream cake and when I took back to the shop to return the cake, they refused to refund or even accept what I was saying. Greedy chineese owner doesn't even know how to talk and has bad mouth. Ruined my son's birthday party. No decency to talk to customers. Everyone please take my advice seriously. If you don't want your kids to sick after eating a stale cake, stay away from this store. I am a big fan of Cheesecake shop but who gave these Morons ownership to run this store. Will escalate the case to head office, not because they didn't refund, its because these guys shouldn't been running this business.

We received a quote from this shop for a custom cake- and placed the order for my 6year olds costume birthday party. A few days before the party we went back to the shop to modify the presentation (wanted a ribbon added around the cake) and to check ; and were told the person who took order was only there for 1 day and was fired . And they can't make the cake for that cost - the cake topper and ribbon would cost extra . Well- I was ready to pay for ribbon but not the cake topper . But they were insistent , finally my husband cancelled the order- that's when they agreed to do the cake for the agreed cost , and also agreed to add the ribbon at the same price .. received the cake on the day and it was great .. looked good too.. but if seen close , the finishing was not best .. the ganache was not smooth and piping (start point and end point) was actually overlapping quite a large part -which was funny . But I was happy it wasn't worst .. earlier we always bought a cake from cheesecake shop in Adelaide and it was fantastic finishing even for displayed cakes , but never saw that in the glen Huntley or bentleigh east shop
