Not impressed. There is a newish staff member who isn't customer friendly. Purchased a tray of 30 eggs at full price. Drove half an hour home to discover they expire today. Young woman said if I can't return them today, I can't get a refund. Shouldn't be selling expired eggs at full price in the first place. Second time same woman has been rude.
Was being racially profiled as a person of colour and hunted down and cornered at the lightbulb section by a rude man. I was faced accusations of trying to steal pants, makeup and lightbulbseverything in my hands when I was just trying to shop. I had bought two items from Kmart prior, but had the receipt for them, they had nothing on me. It’s disgusting to see that woman of colour are treated this badly in the little town of Nelson… do better Warehouse Richmond.
Quick and easy although i did notice they didnt have many staff on today 1 staff member at the checkout only one checkout open could deffinitley benefit from maybe a self serve like kmart or a few more open checkouts other than that good cheap milk good vibes.
Most of the time it's good, I don't like most of the younger folks especially young girls since they give you a funny look and act like snobs, terrible customer service from some of the younger folks mainly girls, I don't know why, everyone's going through their own thing, best not judge someone and give them funny looks like how a girl gave me a funny look while serving me today as of writing this review, pretty unhappy about that.nnBut not all the girls are bad, some are nice, anyway just a suggestion to the younger generation to not judge others based on appearance and focus on what you need to do, because everyone's going through something and some people have life long trauma that affects them mayhaps due to bad childhoods or upbringings, don't make others feel bad just because you may not like a particular thing about them.nnBut for the most part it's a good store, just need to touch up with the younger generation and teach them proper manners and basic kindness.
Being 44 yrs old shopping late one evening in this store I was followed by store security watched intensely for being of moari decent in their store no other reason i could see I laughed at your ranga security for being way to obvious d9nt shop here if you hate extreme rasicts and d9nt make excuses for your actions
