The staff here are extremely helpful. The item I required was out of stock , they ordered it in and I was rung a couple of days later to say it was there, will be shopping at Smith City Richmond again. None of the other stores I had inquired at offered to order for me only Smith City

Had problem with cell phone.whren taking back to Smith's city was told 24 hrs we will ring you but was over two weeks later.sometimes you have to wait while there only seems to be one staff on floor?Clean shop.
