You have a customer service member that is inappropriate with her language towards customers. She might think that saying to Women "Hello Beautiful" and males "Hello Handsome" is good service, but its embarrassing being spoken to like that in front of other customers that are in ear shot. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Just not appropriate customer service language being called handsome several times during a short interaction. She seems like a really nice person and good at her job, but this is just inappropriate
I have a query, and this might just be me, although others have agreed with me...when I see a "any 2 for" type of sign, my immediate reaction is that I can select 2, and get them for the price advertised. So when I saw toothpaste advertised as Any 2 For $3....I didn't understand the single unit price $3. So it's not 2 for $3, which initially the sign implies, which to me is misleading advertising. Say what you like, this is mis- leading, be cautious peoples, if you see jandals, "any 2 for $10", be sure to check the unit price.
Never coming here again. I wanted to buy two socks that were labelled any 2 for $18 for thermal and home socks. When I scanned them they charged me $10 for each pair of socks I wanted. I asked an employee about it and she said the deal was only for thermals and that they were in the wrong place but the sign said thermals and home socks. I also showed her at the bottom there were several socks that looked like the ones I wanted. She was very rude towards me and was yelling at me as soon as I asked for help. She claimed she was the manager even tho she had no evidence like a badge stating she was a manager. She then stood behind me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I scanned the rest of my items and she caused a scene, I asked her several times to move and leave me alone as she did not need to stand there watching me, I could hear her gossiping about me to other co-workers and then I scanned bras and underwear that were also priced wrong. I asked if she could remove the items because they had priced those wrong too. Because of that I then had security come and ask me to leave and then claimed I was the one who was screaming and none else. That's not true because a customer actually asked me if I was okay and I said no not really I just wanted socks and bras and undies and all I've gotten is nothing but disrespect. I will not be returning to this warehouse ever again I am disgusted.
Actually a nice spacious well kept and presented, tidy "Warehouse " in comparison to some of the other Warehouse stores. It has a large Warehouse Stationary part inside as well
Good luck trying to reach the store via phone. Never pick up,and on the rare occasion they do, not very helpful at all.
The ladies at the front desk are amazing, kind and so helpfull. Thanks to Vickie and Barbie who went above and beyond with their service
Nice shop love it here its my local. Nice and big, heaps of things to buy heaps of specials and customer service is great as always. Not sure if they still do it but asking if we want to donate to a charity when your broke is abit annoying lol but none the less always good times
Good layout of product,clean tidy premises.Easy to find what I want.Staff member on hand to look if I can't find something.Friendly tidy staff eager to serve and cheerful.
Good cheap stuff
It's pretty ordinary.
