One of the worst customer service we have ever encountered at Farmer's Nelson not once but many times .... makes me wonder what customer service means to them. I think they should send their staffs to Kmart, warehouse so that they can see what customer service is in large format stores. If we ask for any help from the farmers staff they look at us as we have done a crime .... It's better if farmers close Nelson store and do everything online as they have lost purpose of having a store in Nelson.

It maybe just another Farmers store to most but what makes this one better is the staff. Well done team for the extra effort you put in to help the customers.
