Great selection of shops. McDonald's should be moved closer to one of the exits as their present site causes congestion. The new floor tiles are extremely slippery and many elderly folk slip on them. They must have caused many accidents. Car parks are too narrow especially when trying to get children in and out of the car. It's very difficult not to bump the car next door.

The best place in Richmond to go to for food, shopping and just to meet up. Almost everything of note in Richmond is in or walking distance from this mall. It truly is centre of it all
