Every time I visit the Ware house the Outside Rubbish Bins are over flowing. Albany warehouse outside area is so DIRTY and Rubbish every where. Come up from New Plymouth every month and spend money up in Albany so please TIDY UP. Marie

Always out of stock, stock layout is very messy, unhelpful staff, tried calling 10 times in one day and was hung up on every time. Stock is not clearly labelled and there has been a lot that’s been opened and left by the staff. Rude. Terrible warehouse. Poor customer service. Never going back there again.

It is truly a shopping experience, "where everyone gets a bargain" I also love the garden section and all the everyday specials.
