I always try to visit stores in smaller towns and this warehouse did not disappoint. Very well stocked and extensive range. Small store but well appointed. Parking is limited so can be a bit bothersome. I found the staff a bit reserved but then it was the end of the day.
Made a quick visit to get an air bed. They had a good range, and lots of the typical stuff you find at the Warehouse. The price scanner didn't work so we had to go to the checkout to find out the price. The checkout was quite busy, it was close to closing time and there was a bit of a queue. Would have been nice to have more than one person on check out.
Car park is pathetic! 11 days out from Xmas & only 1 young girl left to serve 10 customers and when the guy who did end up serving me, seemed like he had better things to do.
Just wanted to thank the wonderful person that was on Information Desk 20/08/22 between 2.30pm - 4.07pn who did the most kindest gesture for my son. Ngā mihi ki a ia.
Standard Warehouse store arrangement although smaller than some I have been in, but easier to get around and find what you want. Staff are helpful. Usually no problem finding a park, but occasionally you have to wait and juggle around cars backing out.
Good location easy access diss. Parking and doors good for wheelchairs. Toilet on site. Good helpful staff. Excellent covid management. Hands up your company has done well during this pandemic. Nice to see less plastic. Prices affordable.
When I go in with my 2 young children the staff are always very helpful with getting what I need if I can’t reach, it’s too heavy or I can’t push 2 trolleys. Staff always nice and I always seem to find what I need.
Unfriendly cashier. It was a really sour experience when you ask them of they are having a nice day and you get a eye roll. Even had to pack my own bag. Poorly maintained store. Never gnna return
Well set out and don't have to wait long at checkout.
Friendly staff, always well stocked, great craft area, gardening etc. Nice place too shop.
