Easy return, friendly customer service, easy online ordering & click and collect. There are times when there are 2 stereo systems going at the same time, quite loud on warehouse stationery end, which is annoying. They think everybody is deaf.
Good service, and friendly staff. I bought some potting mix and the checkout operator Paige was so lovely. She loaded it into a trolley and into my car. She had such a cheerful attitude and I was so grateful for her help. I was having a hard day and she took a bit of the load off for me. Thank you
My toilet bag may have been to many places and has seen better days along with the owner.Found and bought a new one to suit me and my travels. This may be a lunch box to others but a perfect toilet bag for me.
Very limited gift ideas ....everything they sell is sickly sweet like chocolate boxes and other items and very little healthy food like nuts or crackers in attractive boxes.nI also watched with horror as this horrible younger checkout operator was insufferably rude to and berated an elderly customer who was merely fumbling away trying to get money out of his wallet to pay. The lack of respect was shocking and I rapidly moved to another operator's queue who was far more professional. Talk about badly trained checkout operators.
