We had an absolutely amazing experience at Heathcotes Te Awamutu this week. We were served by James Scott who was ,friendly, helpful had EXCELLENT product knowledge! From fridges-t.v-robo vacuum! We never felt pushed once, which can be a rare experience when dealing one on one with a salesperson. It really felt like he was working FOR the customer. He even stayed late to help us with our purchases. Was a great experience & 100% has made us want to shop with Heathcotes again. Super impressedto the point I’m on google reviewing! Thank you again James, your service was absolutely fantastic! Much appreciated & I hope the big boss sees this
