Friendly staff. It is a big store but easy to find whatever you are looking for. Parking is easy with under ground parks. Located in the heart of Hamilton. The main transport hub for the cities public transport is handy. Just across the road. Open till midnight. Disability parking spaces are available.
Hardworking staff. The shop is as organised as can be considering how busy it is. Great variety of things to shop with competitive price.
Big, cheap, slightly depressing. Only self-service checkouts operating when I visited, I'm not even sure whether they have checkouts with real people. Staff were few and far between. Overall I think I prefer to get my cheap stuff from The Warehouse.
The car park can be tricky to navigate at peak times. Plenty of stock, usual queues at tills, but quick moving. Pure joy.
Kmart staff here are racist and rude. Especially to our maori/polynesian people Recommend te rapa Kmart. staff and security are so much more compassionate and nicer then central
