Very helpful staff member helped me find a new fountain pen. Took the time to show me all the options about 10, and had the patience to wait while I tried them out in my hand for weight, size and balance. Very happy with my new Parker IM matt black, and gold, exterior. Excellent service!

Good selection of books, very nice and a wide variety of other products there. Nice to see kids there now days reading books. Love their boars games like monopoly, etc. And their stuffed toys.
Staff very helpful, however their website info was incorrect and the item I was after was actually discontinued, not in stock as indicated...this caused me a $2 parking cost. Go to chartwell store is my recommendation
