Got sized up for skates by Noah and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great service and got brand new superfeet too! He also sharpened my old blades and did a great job. 10/10 service!!!
Staff was awesome and they were more than helpful regarding my new equipment and what equipment I already had ... they knew exactly what i needed to make sure i was comfortable with my equipment. Will continue to be a regular and valued customer there.
I get a little bit intimidated in places like this, but the person that assisted us, Braeden I think his name was, put me entirely at ease through the experience of buying my adult son new skates, after many years off the ice. I would definitely return for any ice related needs. Also picked up some Toronto Maple Leafs swag as a gift for a friend. Great selection of NHL merch.
Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly!! they helped me out with everything and helped me work through the skate pain I was getting. Shoutout to Raymond for helping me through it all!
Couldn’t find a single state to fit, I had a decent budget, and any skates they had were too small to fit. If I wanted to go with size bigger, I’d have to order them online to get them into the store then if they don’t fit return them. I thought a retailer this big would’ve had more than 2 to try on. They hurt so bad!
Great store, I personally found the prices here are a little lower compared to Sport Chek. I bought two caged helmets for my kids here, and the staff member took the time to make sure that it was a perfect fit for my kids, and explained how each function worked. Will be coming back :
HORRIBLE!!! Never coming here again if u could give 0 stars I would but I can’t!!!!! Came in with my boyfriend to look around and as we are checking out the girl at the cash register was openly flirting with my boyfriend and she could obviously see that we were together because we were holding hands.
Always a good experience at this store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Today my family and I were helped by Justin and Noah, both young men were delightful. They were both very helpful in finding the right size of gloves for my son, and apparel for my daughter. Thank you for the great service.
Andrew in the skate department went above and beyond with helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect skates for his unique feet. Andrew shared so much knowledge, was so kind and friendly and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. If you are heading in for new skates, I highly suggest asking for Andrew.
Very good experience was had. Walked into the store and was greeted by 2 staff members. We acknowledged them and started to look for what we came for. Without a good feel for where to go to find what we were after we stopped and went back to the staff members and asked where we could find the items in the store. Immediately one staff member took us directly to the location and told us if he could help us with anything else please let him know. We needed spacers for roller blades. He said they come as a package with bearings. We thanked him and selected what we wanted and made a purchase. Friendly service, knowledgeable of product location in store, and of product, not pushy very sincere great job.
