The service here is exceptional, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and will do there best to help you. The clothes are also very good quality, last a long time and are actually made for larger shapes and sizes they compliment your curves unlike plus size clothes from most shops that just make their clothes wider leaving it too short or ill fitted. Iv also been told they have smaller sizes online which my sisters and mother are excited about as they all love the beautiful dresses I buy from here.
Had a great shopping experience here, especially as I have trouble finding clothes that fit due to my body shape. Danielle was welcoming and came up with ideas and her customer service and friendly approach was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff
Lovely lady on staff in here. great customer service. However the main store needs to listen when they ask for bigger sizes for this store. They know their customers in here and what sells.
Not very good customer service. I was looked down on like I wasn't gonna purchase anything. Made a query about a dress I had seen online & got told "its online only" as she walked off. Not once did a worker come and offer their services like they did the other customers!! Even after they other customers left, they didnt even bat an eye! Wont be back.
Super friendly and helpful staff, a great range of underwear as well as dresses everyday through to special event and workwear. They have afterpay and a simple return policy.
I love this store - as a trans woman I find it hard to shop for nice clothes in my size, but here I'm I'm size small! The shop girls here are super friendly and really helpful! Special thanks to Kate who was happy to go above and beyond to help me find things in my style.

Was after tall boots. Shops don't stock them. Only Auckland store. Rang customer service about sizing and girlin Australia didn't know about products. Disappointed but girl in Hamilton store was lovely and very helpful
Lovely staff. One staff member asked what I was looking for. Told her what I was after and she found me the perfect dress and the size first pop. Was super stoked. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the help and lovely store atmosphere.
