Its a very huge store. Not giving 5 star as they don't keep dell laptops and i wanted to purchase only dell laptop. They have great furniture collection and also all electronic accessories are available here except dell laptop I had good experience purchasing my gaming headset from this place. It is a must visit place for home decor and electronics.
We bought a bed 5 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered 1 week after we ordered and it never arrived. Then we received no communications whatsoever about this or why it wasn’t delivered. It was up to us to go to the store multiple times to ask where our bed was in the supply chain, no one seemed to have an answer. Staff at the store tried calling their own warehouse, calling their bed supplier but no one had an answer for us. Then after numerous calls and emails they magically found the bed and promised to deliver it 5 weeks later. The bed arrived with no fittings. Now we have pieces of the bed we ordered for in our bedroom and we have to go through the whole calling/emailing debacle again until they ‘find’ the fittings. This has been a complete nightmare. I advise anyone to reconsider before buying from this company
I got a fridge today Kris in Blanchardstown was a great salesman excellent, gave me time and so much info. Unlike some stores that do not help you. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant I guess they are happy staff and trained well.
I ordered bed and mattresses around 2 months ago, order was delivered last week, with defective/broken bed frame parts, upon following up for days, i was informed it would be replaced and assembled today, chased the store for whole day today, even tried the help lines, they have no responsibility and did not cared to at-least follow with the logistics. The Help line team just hang up your call since they do not have appropriate answers/solutions. Upon following up whole day at the end of the day when i called the store i was informed that unfortunately they have no idea whats going wrong with deliveries. What a shame, they have zero responsibility
Fantastic shop, great service. Lav the online shopping with them, very easy and handy, with all the applications process and approval, email notifications and even note the selected store for collect the item in time when we arrive its ready. All the staff friendly, good experience. Recommend highly!
Not this shop but harvey norman online. Twice i ordered stuff and twice I got a refund cause they didnt have stock. If you dont have stock then dont put the items on sale !!!! Oh they took my money right away but my refund can take 5 days ! Disgrace of a company never have what they advertise in the sales in stock !
Most popular electronic showroom in ireland. Ask them for a price match at the point of sale for any of the gadgets or appliances. Please make sure you did a research online about the product that you wish to buy from Harvey because they have a lot of models in their warehouse and if you are able to tell them the model, they can search for it in their inventory software and find it if that is available with them. Free of the cost parking is available but there will be rush in the weekends.
Black Friday deals are really interesting on Furniture and electronics:- Staff is really friendly and helpful:- Unfortunately if students are expecting student discount on mobiles it's not available but there is some special offers on laptop's for students :-
Poor experience with Harvey norman blanch. Communication was poor, delivery times kept changing. The delivery drivers have done a really poor job assembling our table, legs are loose on the chairs,some of the bolts are rounded off, one bolt has been cross threaded, the table itself has no washers or locking washerson thr legs, not even tightened up properly wobbles. Very below average workmanship for a simple job
Dreadful experience ,wrong bed base delivered on the 27th Oct. 22.I waited all day from 8am,as time slots are not alocated and the base arrived after 5pm. i arranged to accept the correct base on the 20th Dec.Same issue as base could be delivered any time between 8am and 5pm, so another day wasted. I rang the shop at 515pm on the 20th to be advised that the divery was on schedule and would occur in due course. I again rang at 730pm to be advised they would ring the delivery person and ring me back as asap. I rang again at 7.55pm and spoke to a different salesperson who said he knew nothing of my previous calls and who told me that the delivey would not occur. Am i upset ,absolutely as this displays an abject lack of professionalism and complete waste of 12 hours. Edward Matthews GOT REPLY FROM DANIEL SUGGESTING I CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SEEMS POINTLESS TO TALK TO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM WHEN DESPITE VISITING THE SHOP 5 TIMES I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESOLUTION .GOT 5 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE TRUTH FROM STAFF??.SO YOU WIN AND BY NOT PERMITTING CONTACT WITH A HUMAN YOU HAVE PRESUMABLY ACHIEVED YOUR GOAL.
