Go here quite often and generally deal with Kim who is very helpful.  Generally get good customer service here, and it is a bit of a busy shop.
Now that summer is just around the corner they are open for lot of the day.

I live round the corner from these guys but I travel all the way to Flagstaff to have my pool water tested because they're so fricken rude, I never want to set foot in the shop again.

Got a great custom pool from these guys in 2011.  Pool is awesome. Had some little issues on the build that I had to get the Engineer back to sort for me and just after 2 years (and outside the warrantee) we have a filter pump fail and the chlorinator is needing replacing. got a very unhelpful "these things happen" response from John. Still happy with the pool. swimming up to Easter with help of gas heater.
