Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Pool was great but unfortunately the indoor pool was broken as well as the two spas. For the high price you pay you do not even get wifi. Room was not cleaned properly... under couch there were toys and chocolate from previous guests, as well as utensils were greasy and still had old food on them.
Loved it here so beautiful great pools, spa and gym. Nice reception staff and cleaning staff. Would recommend to anyone. Thankyou Mantra
Very dirty, air-conditioners not working in foyer or in elevators, 1 elevator working out of 4. Wait time is approximately 15 mins to get an elevator. Mice poop in our wardrobe, blood stains on fitted sheet. Condom wrapper left in room. Main toilet flush not working. Reception not helpful
Good size rooms but very dated decor in tower one. Maybe the other two towers are better?
