We are a family owned and operated business, providing holiday and rental accommodation.

Story

Surfers Mayfair is ideally located between the Nerang River & the rolling surf of the world famous Gold Coast beaches. With comfortable & spacious accommodation, great access to the coast's renowned surf beaches,exciting shops & restaurants,Surfers Mayfair is a popular destination for both Australian & Overseas visitors.

The spacious one & two bedroom apartments have a master bedroom with ensuite & spa, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, free Cable Television & direct dial telephones.The two bedroom apartment also has a main bathroom with separate bath, shower & toilet.

Resort facilities include heated outdoor swimming pool,spa,sauna,full size tennis court & BBQ area set amongst beautiful tropical gardens & lagoon.

Our friendly reception desk provides free booking service for all dinner,shows, trips, cruises & theme parks & our Resident Managers are available to help with all your enquiries to ensure your stay is stress free!

Great value, great views from level 7. The very kindly upgraded us from a regular 2 bedroom apartment to the spa apartment, which is absolutely massive feels like a house inside. Reception/management were very warm and welcoming. Only downside is the building is showing its age, but yet currently renovating in stages. Many thanks to the management for a lovely stay!!
Dryer didn’t work, dishwasher handle was broken, HOT WATER didn’t last more than 10 minutes. How was my family of 5 meant to all shower in that time in winter too. Very annoyed and disappointed with the quality of the room. Staff did not care about the issues saying the hot water system isn’t very big and that it was our fault and that we should have booked 2 rooms. Will never be staying here again.
We have stayed here several times over the years, we have always loved the location and size of rooms, unfortunately the last stay we had recently our room was very run down, had a horrible odour and wasn’t clean just wasn’t the same quality as we have always had here.Rooms: 2/5
Booking was cancelled by the Surfers Mayfair a month before our holiday - reason given was that the apartment was sold and no longer available - was given a refund however it still cost me $600.00 more to find equivalent accommodation. Very disappointed. Would never book there again.
Great value for money. We were in the 2 bedroom apartment on level 9. View is fantastic. Has a few bruises from its age, but nothing that ruined our stay. Reception staff were lovely. 10 minute walk to cavil Avenue.
Good size, location, view and price. The apartment was comfortable and had good kitchen and bathrooms. Only critiques were climbing in and out of the shower over the spa bath was a bit difficult and the curtains above the bed did not stop any light coming in from 4:50am. Also it is advertised on some websites as free wifi but you actually need to pay per day/hour - pretty old school and unsure why it wouldn’t just be offered free of charge.
Very spacious room ,great location. We had a wonderful time! It was pity that the room smelled cigarette, I am not sure that it came from neighbors though. Apart from that we were very happy. Thank you!!Rooms: 5/5
This is not a 4 star hotel as its made out to be. The paint is peeling off the walls, the aircons don't get cleaned, the skirting does not get cleaned, the cushions/blankets don't get cleaned. This place is a 2-3 star. The amenities of a 3 star and the condition of a 2 star. This place has clearly not had any capital expenditure spent on the property in years!!! Get with the times and maintain your accommodation. <br/>PS this is a rental apartment not a hotel/resort as its made out to be. Extremely disappointed pictures are trick photographs
Good location , rooms dated and in need of upgrading appliances , washing machine short circuited the unit . And spa was unhygienic , as soon as you turn on the Jets it spits out debris and the coverings on the fittings . Had to advise management of this . Location and unit size is the best thing about the property.Rooms: 3/5
Friendly and helpful team , loved the location.we were up at the 10th floor, with beautiful ocean view. Nice and clean apartment with good facilities.
