We stayed here for one night when our building got flooded. The room was spacious and the housekeeping has done a fantastic job with the cleaning. The location is convenient to be close enough to everything but far enough to not be in the center of the chaos of surfers paradise. However at night it can be a bit noisy outside the hotel.Rooms: 4/5
Staff here were so helpful. While the parking options are minimal not staffs fault one staff member went about and beyond her duties to take care of us and assist us in any way possible. Room was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable and you can't beat the location.Rooms: 5/5
I would definitely give this a 5 stars if only they had enough car parking for guests and residents. Not enough spaces under the building. And everyone is fighting for a parking spot on the street. Do not park where you are not meant to you will definitely get booked by the council. But overall experience was great. Ladies at the front desk are fantastic. New Malaysian restaurant offers authentic Malaysian food. Nice pool are and facilities. Close to mains shops in surfers but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. I will go back.
Absolutely shocking service, no room service they make you pay $2.50 per towel if you need extra even for toilet roll $1 each and coffee/sugar sachets 50cents each and they charge you $4 a load of washing plus you have to buy your own washing liquid or you can buy theirs $8. Absolutely terrible and scummy, never again what they say on booking and all those other individual travel sites is all lies and gimmick. And very expensive stay away from this disgusting so call resort hotel.
Very dirty room with no house keeping during a seven day stay. Overpriced which provides no amenities such as microwave, bowls, plates, cutlery in the room. No luggage space with cupboard hitting fridge while opening. After a fight with service staff they give us a bowl but no dishwashing liquid. One staff member says that the room gets cleaned every 5 days while another staff member states that it is a 8 day clean. Other than that the room was comfortable and quiet with a short tram ride to the main drag and a short walk to the beach.
Stayed here last Friday night. Was $275 for the room for 1 night, upon initial booking I had to negotiate just 1 night because they only wanted to book 2 night stay minimum, for $275 we got first floor with no view, the air-conditioning was leaking water all night resulting in a large puddle on the floor, the toilet had to be manually filled in order to flush. And there was still sand on the floor inside the room suggesting the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Very disappointing for the price bracket. The website states its a 4 star venue however I'd consider it a 2-3 star at best. Considering it's location and number of rooms available the parking is very limited and they state "first in best dressed". The onsite restaurant was closed during our visit which I feel should have been reflected in the price. Taking into consideration the condition of the room I wouldn't even recommend this as a budget option as I feel they are asking Hilton prices for what feels like a pub room.
Started out well. Very helpful in a room upgrade due to a booking error made by myself. My son wakes up to a man in the living area the following day which staff tried to justify due to room up grade, not to mention the bites they woke in from the bed. Management resolve was to check out and go somewhere else as they don’t want to deal with a week of complaints. Very disappointing!!
Decent hotel. Staff was very helpful- they helped me with a special request regarding a surprise birthday for my wife. One bad thing is that there’s no restaurant on the premise right now, which a big no no. And also, price is slightly expensive, especially without the restaurant. Parking was difficult, but that not bad. Staff was friendly.
This is first time we have stayed here and have had a disappointing stay. The layout of the room was uncomfortable and displeasing due to having one bed in the living room. The bathroom was dirty with mould everywhere. Saw a large cockroach crawling on the wall of the bathroom. However the most dissatisfaction came from a female front office staff member.... when confronted about a client hogging the two spaces with one car,....she rudely advised that there is not much that she could do.
Very disappointed with our stay. We paid for a delux room instead we got something that I can’t even describe. Very old. Nothing like the photos. The kitchen isn’t even a kitchen. Towels you need to pay for. Also need to pay for laundry powder to wash your dirty clothes. If you want room service also need to pay and they only do a light vacuum. There is no vacuum in the room. This hotel is nothing like the photos they have advertised. This is false advertisement from my experience. Never coming back.
