Awesome and friendly staff, great atmosphere. Beds are comfortable and pillows. Booking another night as I'm enjoying my stay so much :
Really welcoming staff and nice chill vibe. Happy hour drinks are really cheap! Stayed here for 10 mates and all agreed it's a step above other hostels. Easy walking distance to Cavill Av and other necessities. Parking is a little limited on-street however.
Bit run down looking but if I was a backpacker on a budget then this would probably be the place I'd stay. Small convenient store, ATM facility and cafe with great coffee and food are all available on site.
English girl with a nose ring working at the reception desk was lovely and very helpful. She gave us vouchers for clubs and was really nice. Rooms weren’t very clean but they did the job, and the location was bonus.
One working power socket in room, which you need for the floor fan. The room 7A was literally the most hot, stuffy room I have had in the entire or Queensland. Somehow, the room retains the heat, no aircon and the most terrible fans.
Amazing service, nothing is to hard attitude, great prices on drinks in the bar and just good old fashioned hospitality as it should be, I can’t wait to go back!
